What to Know Before You Stay

We ask for a deposit of one night's stay at the time of booking. Larger groups may need a bigger deposit, and peak-season weekends may require a two-night minimum. State and local taxes may apply.

Cancel more than two weeks before your stay and we'll refund your deposit minus a $15 fee per room. Cancel within two weeks and we'll issue a transferable gift certificate minus $15 per room.

Booking partners such as Booking.com and Airbnb may have different cancellation policies than the ones listed here. You can always book directly on our website for our standard terms.

Memorial Day weekend (Friday–Monday), Labor Day weekend (Friday–Monday), and the Christmas/New Year's period (December 24–January 1) have stricter terms: cancel more than four weeks out for a refund minus $15 per room, or within four weeks the room is non-refundable unless we're able to re-rent it.

We welcome children ages 6 and older. If you book the entire bed and breakfast, children of any age are welcome.

We can't accommodate guest pets, but Willow Tree Kennels is just five minutes away. Service dogs are always welcome — just let us know when you book.

Our rooms are smoke-free; smoking is fine outside. Alcohol is permitted.

We speak English and German.

A continental breakfast buffet each morning, Walter's fresh-baked cookies, hot and cold water, hot teas and hot chocolate all day, and our outdoor hot tub, available 24/7. We also have ample off-street parking.
